Delete your account
You can permanently delete your PYCL account and its data at any time. This page explains how, and what happens to your data — it applies to the app operated by Carfanz Ltd (company no. 14613353).
Delete it in the app (quickest)
Open PYCL and go to: Menu → Settings → Delete account You'll be asked to confirm twice, then your account is deleted straight away and you're signed out.
Prefer to request it by email?
If you can't access the app, email us at info@pycl.app from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll verify it's you and action it. We aim to complete deletion requests within 30 days.
What gets deleted
When you delete your account we remove your personal data from public view and sever every login and device — your account can't be recovered. This includes: your profile (name, handle, email, photo), your cars and galleries, your posts, reels, stories, comments and messages, and any business pages you solely own.
What we may keep, and why
We retain a limited, anonymised record where the law requires it or to keep the community safe — for example moderation and safety evidence, and short-lived backups that expire on a rolling basis. This retained data is stripped of your personal details and is not visible to anyone on PYCL. Content you shared with other people (e.g. a message in someone else's inbox) may remain with them.
